After removing carpet found that top sheet was broken at edge with some obvious compression of foam insided. Anyone else had a similar problem. Planning on a fiberglass repair. We ski with rear seat out and so panel gets plenty of walking on all the way to rear. Suggestions? Replies: Posted By: Dreaming Date Posted: September-27-2012 at 11:15pm It seems that if the edges of the panel are in rough shape, you would need some reinforcement, like a strip of aluminum angle or something to support the edge of the panel, then re-glass the edge with the reinforcement/stiffner in place.   Pictures would definitely help in this instance... While I think I am catching what you are laying down, but I could be way off.
