Please Help. We just purchased a 1993 Ski Nautique OB. The front left windshield (slightly curved)needs to be replaced. Correct Craft does not have this replacement part. We are in the Los Angeles area and could use some help finding the right resource for this part. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The glass appears to be curved (it flexes when installed)... but I assure you that the glass itself is flat. A glass shop should be able to cut a tempered piece for you.

Tim, tempered glass will shatter if you try that.My understanding is the "raw" glass is cut to size , then it is tempered. Someone "correct" me if I am wrong.I have found a source that can replicate the glass and the extrusions...

jto, call Karen @ CorrectCraftParts   1-318-299-8547

She can have it drop shipped to you....Billy

You could be right... Im no glass expert!

Correction:

A glass shop should be able temper a cut piece for you.

Thank you to those that have and are responding to my request. So far Correct Craft has not been that helpful. Hopefully Karen can supply the piece or at least get me a template or their vendor that they contract with.

Glass is cut to size then tempered. The set-up and cost for the one piece will be out of sight. Clearly my motivation to find one sitting on a shelf somewhere.

Hi Billy. First ... I sincerely appreciate your help! I wasn't sure if you had a second resource of Karen @ Correct Craft doesn't pan-out. If its a straight forward as it sounds I'm home free.

We've skied behind this boat for almost 20-years. However, we just took Ownership of it.

Did you ever get any measurements? I do not have the size that fits the sport boats but I have an idea the only port side glass I have is for the snob. Get measurements from the insides of the frame where it meets the glass. Probably the most accurate way.
