my 78 has a small rubber hose right at the bottem of the battery box that runs between the engine bilge and the box
I don't know if everyone else has this problem, but mine gets water in it every time out. Is there something I can do keep the water out? |

I have the same problem on my 79. from what I can tell the bilge is in the wrong spot on mine. The low spot seems to be in front of this hose and to the drivers side. yo dan, your pm didn't link. i moved the battery box up into the bow on the port side for better weight distribution.
