I'm doing an out of the water oil change, in the Manuel it says I should run the engine with a hose hooked up to it. Does any one have a video or a exact instruction how to hook up the water hose to the engine? It's a sn95 also why does everyone say not to use a farm oil filter, I have been using syntec synthetic oil for the last 2 seasons the only oil filter for synthetic oil I could find here is a farm filter |

many articles/opinions against fram, basically substandard materials. Hose hookup there are several options. A device called fake a lake, looks like a plunger and goes on the raw water intake on the bottom of the boat. You can unhook your first water intake hose from the hull, the one behind the strainer and shove the hose inside and tighten a hose clamp (my one friend does it this way). Also several of us have rigged up a T in the line with some garden hose fittings for easy hose on and off, this is what i have. I think TRBENJ and a few others have documented on the site. Noel, It's looks like you reduced the pipe size to get the fittings in. If so, it's not a good idea especially in a suction side application. Hein, That's not Justin's boat. He just posted the picture.
