Which injectors are compatible (substitution) of injectors Ford F1TE-D5A?
Each Ford 24lb will be good?
The ebay i found a set of Denso, look identical have different sign.
Maybe someone has 2-3 injectors used efficiently Ford F1TE-D5A ?
Thank you for your help.

Did you happen to buy the saltwater basket case SSN out of brewerton NY that was on ebay? If so.. injectors may be the least of your worries.
If it were me I would have no problem buying a set of ebay 24lb injectors that state they work with a 5.0 mustang. If they look the same and are 24lb then they should get it done, but I haven't done it yet so no guarantees.

Might have to use
397-M-9593-LU24A injector and 397-M-14464-A8 adapter now. Putting this up for others as I dug through websites today trying to figure out what is current.

Digging up an old thread. Gonna just go ahead and pick up a set of injectors for my 2000 PCM GT40. Gary and Keno have been instumental on helping me with my maintenance. Anyone know for sure now what injectors I need? the F1TE-D5A looks unavailable now.

Look for Ford 24# injectors like these- https://www.cjponyparts.com/ford-racing-fuel-injector-set-24lb-ev6-style-uscar-connector-2005-2013/p/M9593LU24A/?gclid=Cj0KCQjwm9D0BRCMARIsAIfvfIYp3eLxawAtSheYi7ohpEqElfJYsr6D378cEuXpDlYeTFg4AxND_2waAo5eEALw_wcB" rel="nofollow - link you'll need adapters too I'll look them up https://lmr.com/item/LRS-9593-EV1K/fuel-injector-adapter-kit-uscar-to-jetronic?gclid=Cj0KCQjwm9D0BRCMARIsAIfvfIaVqVgAzl5YlEMIfZabBeY9t1bIA4IDxzeg7_oMMzLV-ly8lr0JuyAaAtW0EALw_wcB" rel="nofollow - Here those are EV1 to EV6 is what you need. Just google them and price shop both the injectors and adapters seem to have prices all over the place.
Are you thinking yours are bad? They can be sent out and serviced but sometimes you'll get one or two that are bad and then you might have to source them if the guy cleaning them does not have them

Even tho they are a different shape? Those you linked me to look taller? Also, Ill look for the adapters even tho I wished I could find some plug and plays but with a 20 year old boat I may have to step out of my comfort zone a little more lol

Based on my long cranks after warm, I think one of them may be leaky. A pressure test will be done first but just trying to find some in case I need to get them on the way. Thanks again Gary.

The purple with the adapter fits fine. The ones in my older link have been great.

Yea you'll be good, they really are pretty much plug and play. They may look taller since they so thin compared to the originals. The adapters are needed since the wiring connection has changed, easier to make an adapter than a new harness.

I would have been concerned about the harness wires being long enough with the adapter as they don't give you a lot of slack but from the picture they reach, tight but reach.

C_Heath, did you order the injectors and adapters from the links above that Gary S provided? I'm ready to order some, and wanted to check.
Thanks,
Gordon

BTW, I've never removed/replaced injectors before. Anyone have a step-by-step or a good video? Other than making sure the pressure is bled down to zero, anything else I need to know? Tools, etc.?
