Now my question is about this lubing stuff.. distributor... grease? oil ,,, ??

The cam gets special grease for points - you can get it at auto parts store. Usually, there is some left on the low point of the cam that you can just re-smear. I never worried about it other than applying grease at a points change.
The oil cup gets regular motor oil - use whatever you have handy.

SNOBS--ty-- now getting oil in that thing on the side,, like a 3and 1 type can? just a few drops.. Looks rather hard to get anything in there?
