Can anyone tell me if there is a way to ajust the steering in a correct craft to make it eaiser to turn the steering wheel. Mine feels like it has a bad drag to it. Takes two hands to turn it.

It would help alot if you stated the year and model,if the cable has ever been changed,if you disconnected the cable from the helm and rudder to check and see if in fact the helm, cable or rudder or all the above is at fault
Most likely you have an older boat and the cable needs to be replaced, but you need to check first.

I'm betting worn out cable. Replace and rejoice

+1 on the cable. Follow Gary's procedure to check what's binding.
