What is this thing under the dash? It's on a 1989 SN 2001 with a 351w. 1. What does it do? 2. What are the adjustments for?

also for the idiot lights. The wires started falling out of the connector on my CC last year. Now, give the guy a chance. I think power catamarans with propellers on only one hull make excellent tubing boats. Makes it easy to keep going around in circles
