Does anyone know where you can get the rubber piece that is on the prop shaft seal, I mean the piece that clamps to the floor and to the packing nut, and what it is called?

Yes, I would like to know too.. I asked Richard at Skidim and he wasnt sure. I then forgot about it and have to replace them on both boats this year as Im pushing my luck! Its a short hose where it has to stretch on one side to fit the hull on mine.

I put the new Goretex (or something like that) packing in both boats last year and no drips, everything runs cool!! I Highly recommended it. Skidim just got them in last year and Richard told me to give it a shot. So far, its the way to go.

Gregr is right it's just a piece of hose. I think it's 1 3/4 or 2" A piece of radiator or heater hose would work You just want to make sure it's wire reinforced to keep it from torqueing. Blue Ridge Marine in Lynwood WA should be able to help with either selling you a new one or telling you what you need.
