I live on the West coast of Florida and I have a 1980 Nautique in near perfect condition. I am in need of a teak platform and brackets. I know I can buy brand new but I would rather not. If anyone has these items or access to them I would appreciate a reply. On the waters of the world since 1925! Thanks

I bought a VERY nice platform from Flounder Pounder Marine for a GREAT price:

PHONE:                   321-868-1688
EBAY USER ID:       FPMARINE

I made my own brackets using 1/4 X 2" stainless flat bar and 1" dia. 16ga tube. ...6 drill bits and 16 frustrating hours later... my platform looks great. You might just want to buy brackets from Alloy Marine Products phone 530-333-1500. They're expensive, but maybe worth it.

Thank You for your help. I know about fpmarine I have seen those platforms I wondered if they were good. I appreciate your recipe for your brackets. I managed to pick up a brand new set of removealbe type brackets from Alloy Marine on e-bay for $29. I couldn't believe it. I am going to build the platform from teak wood. Have you been skiing? We ski year round and this morning was fantastic.

I was curious what do those brackets retail for anyway? I never did check.
Thanks again.
