Haven't had the boat started in about a month, but found I had a dead battery tonight when I tried to start it to warm it up and change the oil before winterizing. The battery was completely dead, not even able to run the blower. I hooked it up to the battery charger, and the blower instantly turned on. I gave it a few minutes and turned the key. I heard the fuel pump cycle, but the battery still didn't have enough to crank the engine. After a few minutes, it started to crank, but would not fire. I cycled the key a few times, but the fuel pump wasn't cycling anymore. Do you think I just popped a relay from charging the battery? Where else should I start looking? Everything else electrical (blower, bilge pump, lights, etc) works.

Thanks
Rob

Rob, check the fuel pump breaker is not tripped (15A or 20A on original GT40 without FCC). Check if the fuel pump relay is being activated. Place your finger on the the top of relay, you should feel the activation. After that it is time to get out the meter and measure voltages at relays and breakers.
