I got a new 351W long block for my '76 CC 210 Cuddy. Now I need a new intake manifold for it. Are the intake manifolds different on reverse rotation engine? or will any intake work? Is there a better intake available than the stock one? Where would be the best place to look?

You don't have any choice seeing where you live. You'll have to go with a oem cast iron one. Any one from a 351W will work,2 or 4bbl depending on what carb you have. There are a couple on ebay right now,not as cheap as you'd think.

Sorry to jump in, I have an aluminum intake on my 351w that I raw water cool in salt water. I have read some neg things on this. How concerned should I be? What I need to look for? So far it's been on there for almost 3 years and looks fine to me. I flush really good after every use and boat stays on trailer.

I pulled mine a few years ago when changing heads,it had been on for about 15 yrs in fresh water. There was some minor corrosion. You could pull your thermostat and look in,you won't see it from the outside, if you were worried. Salt, water, dissimilar metals don't mix
