I have a steering wheel that came stock on a 1997 SN.
I know it probably is not the same, but I thought I would offer it.

Marty, youre close, but that is not the correct wheel for a '79. The larger diameter version you linked to was used through '77. The one he needs is similar, but is ~13" diam instead of ~15" and can be recognized by having a single (rectangular) hole in each spoke instead of 2. The smaller diameter rims are getting pretty hard to find... and so are the hub components- though the latter are common on both diameters and a few other styles, like your second link.
