Yup. Pretty sweet bike. I'd like to hear it fire up.

I suspect it would sound a lot like a Duc or MV. They really stand out in GP like a Chevy in a field of Hondas.

It's OK with the right graphics, but the lines of my X1 Buell are just - well American ART.
It won't do 200 but it's fun @ 140 even with my big a** on it!

The Buell's not a bad bike. I've ridden them before. Looks like you need to get her leaned over some more by the looks of the scrub marks on the tires.
Are those PM wheels on that bad boy?

Here's couple of pics from back in the day of me at the track with my '96 900RR. She was pretty worked for the time.

Ya PM's. I'm 58 my Dad bought my first bike when I was 8. Now I have the Buell, a Fatboy. a 1500cc top gas Z1 and a CBX 6 cyl Honda. I've been to the Rock Store, up & down PCH, The Swallow, Whisky Lake, the Dragons Tail, VIR.... It's hard to be in the wrong gear on the X1 from 80 on it pulls & pulls. So much fun...

Great photo. This was one of my rides back when you were getting some track time on your RR. I was disappointed when I had to sell it. We had some great times together.

A CBX? You rule! I love old Hondas and I miss mine frequently.

One of my good friends wanted to be an apex junkie so I picked up these two bikes for him last year. We tear up the town when we saddle up on these. Here we are intimidating everyone on the road in Manitowish Waters. Got my Vanson's on and doing the camera work on an identical bike. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o9kH3UVb_bs" rel="nofollow - Sport bikes unleashed

Here she was all cleaned up. My PMs didn't have the cush drive. Taught me excellent throttle control. Things got squirrely if you weren't smooth with the throttle.

Track days are always a blast. Still have my very first bike,I try to run it a couple of times a year. Does not seem to have the power it did when I was young, can't be because the power to weight ratio has changed
