I took this pic with my cell phone a few years ago. The boat on the bottom is a Tige. Believe it or not no drugs or alcohol were involved.

People are stupid. Some genius jacking around in a Jet Boat with a "hot" Olds 403 I bet.

It happened at the entrance to a no wake zone. The driver claimed that it wasn't his fault because the engine died and he lost steering. We looked over when we heard the crash and people were popping up from the bow of the Tige. No one was hurt and the Tige had about 5 people in it.

Good thing the tower was there or it would have ended like a scene from James Bond ha.
Basically when the propulsion means on a boat goes to anything other than inboard fixed shaft the intelligence of the driver goes down exponentially.

The driver is responsible for his entire craft (engine included).

Do you think a No Parking sign hanging from his tower would have made any difference??

No. They needed a No Parking flag!

Did they see what kind of wake the Tige would make with that kind of extra ballast?
