When I bought my boat it had a bimini top, but it must have originally had the snap-on kind, as the snaps are still on the windshield frame and there are holes in the top of the frame for the strap clips. The old bimini now needs replacing, but I'd really like to give it the original look. Need help in finding one. Thanks

A snap-in sun cover? My first thought is the snaps on the window frame are for a cockpit cover. Some pics would be good....
Biminis are good as you can set the height when you order and have a cover that keeps the sun out and you can still stand up....

From what I can tell the snaps could be for both as such a cockpit cover was with the boat at the time I bought it, but there were holes in the top of the side window frames for a top bracket. This, plus pictures of other late 80's Martiniques in the diaries section showing the convertible top tells me they were original equipment. I'd appreciate anyone on the forum with any information on where to find one messaging me about it.

I may be mistaken, but I believe that Uncle Todd Benjamin's (GotTiques) BFN may have one of those. Snaps across the w/s and has regular bimini style hardware towards the rear. Can't say for sure, but seems like I remember seeing that on his boat at some time or another ? Maybe?

Pleasant Valley Tarps near Oakland, Maryland. They did ours for our pontoon boat. They have done several covers for our family over the years including full covers for the 206 and the pontoon this spring. Happy with the work and the prices were fair.
They would just need the old one to pattern the new one.
