If you have a daughter you know all about Nial, Harry and the boys. The last show of the tour was on my Daughters 9th Birthday in Miami last night. I bought tickets last April and would be committed if anybody ever found out how much I paid.. But it is a fathers prerogative to dote upon his daughter. My wifes words to her on the way out the door yesterday morning were: Lucky girl>. Daddy is a fun date! I had a blast.....
Just got back from Miami with Kailtin Rose. We had great seats for the show. One Direction was amazing!I danced all night surely embarrassing her to no end but I dont care.
60,000 screaming pubescent girls will give C Link or Arrowhead a run for the loudest stadium. I would be wiling to bet the crowd noise is well beyond anything those two have ever heard. My head is throbbing.
Great fun though, we made big trip out of it. Dressed for lunch on Los Olas at a sidewalk cafe' then off to the salon to get her nails done, a quick bite and to tyhe stadium we went. Sun Life Stadium was sold out packed. We didnt get back to the hotel until almost 1:00 AM. I'm gassed, shes happy and all is well.. A band called 5 seconds of summer opened up and I have to admit those kids did a great job, even tossed in a The Who cover.

Your math is wrong... $300 per seat said Mr. Smith and Mr.Killer claims he paid an undisclosed amount more.. (I'm guessing a tank of gas and a new barefoot suit more lol) I feel pretty good about my self for only dropping a few hundred on a 50% off wakeboard just to make my 7 year old son want to spend more time on the boat. (the kiddy combos weren't cool enough for him even though his sisters didn't have an issue with them).
Funny this post even popped up. When I took wife to NOLA few weeks ago for our 10yr anniversary we got caught in a mess of traffic just outside the superdome... I had no idea what was happening as I thought I planned my route perfect against traffic etc. all the sudden I see packs of dolled up moms and daughters (and the random Mr Baitkiller) taking their girls to the 1direction concert and my wife started laughing hysterically at a guy with 6 young girls in glitter... saying all that boat time is going to cost you this in a few years, that will be you at the Consol Energy Center in T minus 5 years! My stomach dropped.

My wife was able to take the daughter to see them at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro this Summer. She got lucky and scored the tickets for $75 a piece.
When my daughter said she wanted to go I told her to talk to mom. I love my kids, but I couldn't take hours upon hours of dramatic teeny boppers screaming at the top of their lungs. It's bad enough when she has all of her friends at the house for the night haha. High pitched background noise like that literally shred my eardrums and give me a headaches that lasts for days. My wife owns a big daycare and I can't be there more than 5 minutes at a time unless the kids are sleeping. She has employees that have been there 5-6 years whom I have never met . They think I'm a made up character of her imagination.
She took my 16 yo son to see the Dropkick Murphys this past Spring, too. In Boston. On St Patrick's Day. She's crazy.

A couple of years back, my daughter brought home a life size cut out of Harry that I had to assemble. It was always a bit disconcerting to see Harry standing in the corner of her bedroom staring out at me. I have been reprogramming her to get into The Stones, Aerosmith, and Deep Purple.

I've known you for five or six years and as far as I know your wife is some made up character of your imagination... But I agree she is a little crazy if she's going to Boston on the Feast to see the Murphs.

She made it to the first two NE Reunions. I've kept her locked in a closet for most of the weekends since then
