I know there's a few guys here who follow old traditions and are outdoorsmen. I vote for a hunting thread, meh, maybe it'll stick, maybe not. With all my seasons closed at the moment I was going through photos of this past year. North Carolina  My biggest Florida buck, Okeechobee  Was a good afternoon, 6 point in the background, Okeechobee  I am a frog leg connoisseur, I lost count the number of times I filled this cooler up this year. |

 No not my Gator, I didn't win tags this year but this one fell victim to my good friend and we dragged him in. Okeechobee. On display at Winter Garden City Hall. 7'  I don't know why I don't have more pics of this year's lobster season. I'm afraid my lobster and spearfishing days are coming to an end, hanging my AB Biller gun up I think. |

Never really think of FL as a big "hunting" state. Especially deer, but those are some nice ones. In WI deer hunting is huge, It is like Black Friday for most of rural taverns, pubs and restaurants... I have done a ton of Pheasant and Whitetail Deer hunting and have done a few trips out west to chase antelope and mule deer too. GREAT fun! At the moment I am at a lost to find any pictures... I didn't have much time to get out in the woods this season but I was successful. Forgot about this, a little fun I had with my brother-in-laws this fall. After the accident I was unable to hunt, so I sent this to the guys in our crew. The deer on the right in the first picture which is the same deer in the center of the second picture was actually taken by my youngest brother-in-law from my stand (pictured) on opening day. I hear Turkeys every year in my stands but have never had one come into view during turkey season. Of course, I see them all the time in my parent's yard. Along with tons of whitetail... But mom has long said she would disown me if I shot something off the back porch. |

Hoping to have many more years hunting with my boys. I took them to the in-laws place in WY this past year, and we've done some hunting on public land here locally. Here are their deer from WY.

Summer time is my favorite time to run trail cameras so I can catch them in velvet. Never got a turkey yet but it's not from the lack of trying! I have a good feeling this year. If nothing else I'll try to hunt one if the ones in my yard. |

That would be GREAT fun! Now the challenge is where to hold it... Licenses and tags are always things to worry about, depending upon location you may have to enter for a drawing, certainly not impossible but something to consider. Have to also determine what to hunt, that dictates the time of year. Again all things to think about. license and tag inowadays is easier with. the. www, depending on what ya wana hunt. easiest ccf hunt would be fl or tx since the laws are easier to navigate. they alsohonor my GA ccw... we should plan that combined with a cff mini ------------- 1994 Sport Nautique |

I like the pig hunt idea, and $180 per shooter is not bad at all. If your GA CCW works in those places I bet my WI one does too.
