I am thinking of using an engine tuning programmer on the new GMC 3500HD 6L Gasser. Looking at the Edge Evolution series (only one without stories of frying control module). Who doesn't like the idea of better fuel economy, or towing, or power?
Anyone using Edge Evolution (or something similar) and have any opinions to help guide me?

I'm thinking I wouldn't be messing with anything under warranty yet Look on some forums on what to do, I spend alot of time down here in the 45-50 mph range,it cycles between the 4/8 cylinder mode alot. Went on the Avalanche forum, someone recommended using the tow mode and sure enough it stays in the 4cyl mode longer and the instant mpg readout seems higher. So much like here some people who live and breath these things really are helpful.

Been on GM-Truck Forum... they seem pretty pro tuning but most of the chatter is for the Duramax Diesel. The gasser guys seem pro tuning as well but not as aggressively so.
Just looking at mods and stuff to contemplate while waiting for it to come in.... Could use the 4x4 now but I think I'd rather have a pretty new truck for boat season, not salt/snow season. Oh well, the pining continues...........

Store bought tune for a gasser chevy won't do much.
Go custom in person tune or nada.

I'd had better not tell you about the cooled seats then--
And by the way every 2015 Nautique has optional heated drivers and observers seats too
