Hey all, I don't see where these have been discussed before, but on SkiDim they have a new replacement part for the old Airguide pitot pickups that are no longer available.

The neat thing about these is that they have metal (appears to be aluminum or stainless) in the weak points of the old design. I've snapped off the part to which the tube attaches on two Airguide pitots myself.

They are not an exact fit for the Airguides, but the guys at SkiDim show that with some minor modifications made with a drill you can put them right onto the old Airguide mounting holes.

I'll do a test fit and report back. Has anybody else found these or given them a try?

I like the look of those. They are Malibu pickups. They seem to stay really clear of debris on my buddy's Response.

Cool. I looked for them at N3 before I hit the button to purchase them at SkiDim, Zach. Always looking for an excuse to call you and chat.

I've got two of them sitting in a box in the cellarfor the day my BFN hits the water. I broke the tube off of one getting the hose off to sand the paint off the transom, and figured what the heck thought I would give them a try. They are odd compared to a standard pitot, with the open back and the flow thru design.

The original white Teleflex pitots are still available for BFNs.

They're actually aquameters... But you can still find them if you know where to look.

I used them on my '89. The modifications to make them fit were minor and they have worked well.
