Correct but it doesn't matter since Bill's resto-mod includes a complete gel job plus all the deck hardware is powdercoated black. Bruce, Yes, after lookijng at them again, you are correct. Originally I thought they were the Perco frames. I'll keep looking since I know someone still has them.
