On my 1989 2001 the steering is normal when i turn left but diffcult to turn to the right is this just from the torque or something else

Sounds like your steering cable needs to be replaced. Sometimes due to wear/corrosion between the cable & housing it can be more difficult to turn one way than the other.

My 89 has the same problem. If you change the cable, let me know if it helps?
