I am rebuilding the 4160 Holley on my 85 2001. I contacted Holley to find the correct kit since my motor had the Motocraft carb on it. Holley uses the LIST number stamped on the airhorn to determine carb info. In my instance I had a 9392.
The current marine rebuild kit is a 703-33. I asked the technician at Holley what the difference was between the previous kits. He said usually the power valve. He was nice enough to look it up and we found that the past three kits all had different power valves in them
703-33 2.5 power valve 703-32 5.0 power valve 703-31 6.5 power valve
So the carb kits more in line with the vintage of our boats had the 6.5 PV.

What is the Holley number stamped on the air horn? Is it any of the following numbers?
80319-1 75009-4
I was told by Holley that both of these use a 2.5 power valve as stock configuration.

The last kit I got came from Summit. It had both in the kit 6.5 and 2.5. I like the 2.5 for my uses.
