Based on the "learning to barefoot" input I think we could get something going.
Steve is willing to be the teacher/driver
If possible during the week so we have good water or a private lake ;-)
June/July/August is wide open for me.
Maybe Timbob can come along we use his Delta fare ;-)
Date/Place auggestions please!

Ok, I will attempt to narrow things down a little bit. Some more requirements:

Need to have a boat with a boom
- A boat with a Fly High, tower or Super Fly High is also good for long line.
- Obviously a lake with flat water is also good.
- location should probably be driven by who is going to participate.

I'll start the dates with outlining a few days that are bad.

JUNE:   is jammed
- I might be able to do something 8, 9 & 10, 15, 16, & 17.
- I also might be driving back from FL (through GA) somewhere along the 24th through 26th.

JULY:
- first week is bad and
- the week of GL Reunion is bad,
- everything else is good.
-If you are all coming to GL, we could certainly ski here the Tues and Wed, before heading up to GL.

AUGUST:
- Again, first week is bad
- the second half is probably tough, like the 19th to end.

Nothing wrong with September and October in the warmer climates. In general, when I was skiing, I liked to do the training earlier in the summer, so I could enjoy and practice more.

Oh, one other thing. This should be more about sharing experiences and having fun then hard core professional training. I have taken a number or lessons from Lane Bowers and some of his disciples, and tons of learning from Roy and Andy through video analysis and a lot of hands on learning from Hollywood. I have never had any "train the trainer" training.

It's a CCF barefoot clinic nearly every time I go out. Come on over.

Steve, no matter what you will have to stop in GA!
Or we try to meet Kapla while he is in Orlando?
HW where do you boat?

GL might be a good idea besides the above

HW and I (and a bunch of ther CCF folks) run on a couple of lakes that are in Southeastern WI.. I have access to a pretty good (but small) lake on the border of IL and WI (Lake Shangri-La) that we have good luck with during the weekdays. This is where we taught Frankenotter how to ski. We could certainly do that the week of GL, or any other time.

I will definitely be planning a stop in Atlanta. Last year I got in pretty big trouble with Morfoot, because I did not stop. I think the same thing will happen if I don't stop and see jbear when I am in Orlando. When does Kapla hit Orlando?
