I'm looking for an upper thermostat housing for a PCM 351W (p/n R025002). I previously made this post but none of the leads turned up a part. The thermostat housing is no longer manufactured so I need to find one sitting on the shelf in a shop or get a used one. If you happen to have an old engine sitting around with this part on it, please let me know. Thank you.

Sorry, that one has three bolts. My bad.....your right hard to find. Did you call Vince at SKDIM and ask him if he knows where you might be able to find a used one? He is pretty resourceful and PCM is nearby.

I'll try giving Vince a call but the SKDIM website only lists the lower unit as being available. Thanks

He may have access to a used one or a lead for you. No chance to repairing yours?

No chance for repair.   The current one was on the boat when I bought it and had been repaired several times continuing to leak and no longer will accommodate the thermostat.

Thanks everyone for the responses. It looks like I have a used one on the way. Much appreciated.

Was it Jerry that was able to help you out?

No, it was individual that noticed the post and sent a message. Sounds like he has an old one sitting around his garage.
