Well, today was the sort of big day. I graduated from 8th grade. It may be something not so big, but to me, I'm really happy to see my parents so proud of me for something. Seeing my Mom, Dad, Grandma, Grandpa, and my brother smiling and giving me the thumbs up made me smile. Sadly, my other grandma wasn't able to make it, but she was hopefully doing well at my aunts house. After the graduation, we went out to eat as a family and had a really great time. As of right now, I don't have any pictures, but I will get them soon. Like I said, it may not be the biggest thing, but it is still an accomplishment in my life so far.

Congrats !!!
My daughter Natalie does the same tomorrow night. She too will move on to high school and ninth grade next year. Then she is off to Cobels's Ski School on Sunday through Thursday. My oldest, Madeleine graduates High School at the NC School of Science and Math in Durham, NC in less than two weeks. Thank goodness I am not getting older just wiser.

The first of many graduations to come I suspect. Best wishes and keep up the good work.

Thanks everyone! Juniorwoody, yes there will be a couple of more. My plan is, in the end to be a mechanic or to own a marina.
