I read a post that suggested not to use champion plugs, which I just realized are in my 89. If not champion plugs, why and what other brand? Thanks d

if your racing and replacing the plugs all of the time there fine but for nornmal use autolite or AC plugs are much better.

Okay, thats cool.
So am I to assume the autolites are better long term?
I am going to replace the plugs after the first run to clear the fogging oil. Per Tim D's advice I picked up the autolites.
