I read a lot of posts on how to restore the faced black dash. Decided to take a stab at it on Saturday. Really easy and was happy with the results.
1. Wet sanding with 600 & 1500 grit.
2. Meguiar's M105 Ultra Cut Compound
3. Meguiar's M205 Finishing Compound

Nice job! You are going to need some new shades for the reflection of the sun.

Very Nice Job!.....PM PaulyBanana (Paul Oxley) as he has the gold dash decals remade if you're in the market for one. He's not on the site too much anymore but he had a bunch of CC decals remade that he keeps on file.

Very nice, I have a dash that looks the same. Some wet sanding ahead.

Did you do this all by hand?

Yeah I did it by hand with a couple of those buffing pads from autozone. My two buffers are too bulky to fit under the windshield
