I think they stole boat a day or two earlier and then five of them went for joy ride at 4 am .no she was under for a good 12 hrs

That's terrible. 22 and mixed up with the wrong crowd. I would imagine they could now be charged with Manslaughter along with Grand theft. Talk about a crossroad in life.

Now the story is sounding a little fishy. The guy says he had permission to use boat. Owner reported it stolen kinda late. Maybe owner is trying to avoid any liability
Not sure on whole story.
