Hello All - I am looking for a replacement tachometer for my '76 Ski Nautique. Hopefully an original - I've attached a photo (not the greatest photo - bottom right corner)

'76 was sort of a transition year and I can't say I'm 100% certain which gauges were use that year... But I can confirm that the tach pictures matches neither the '75 nor '77 boats- so I suspect it is not original. Do you have pictures of the other gauges?

I'm guessing you're aware that the speedos are a good bit newer than the boat as well? (Shoot me a note if you want to go back to original).

Thanks for the insight, TRBenj! I did not know which gauges were original - I guess I was just assuming. That is awesome that you know from looking at it though. I got a better shot of the tach:

Here are some of my other gauges as well:

Do you have original for any of these? I don't mind the existing ones, but the tach doesn't work at all.

I can help with the speedos in the off season, drop me an email: trbenj@gmail.com

You got lucky on the tach, it's the only non-original amongst the others. I don't have a spare of what you need but I'll try and dig up a pic of what to look for.

Tim might correct me, but this might save him some digging...this is what I believe you should be looking for...

If you find yourself having a hard time locating the correct teleflex tach, I do have a Medallion tach from around '78 that would look somewhat similar.
If you want to see, I could post a pic.

Out of curiosity, what is off about those speedos? They look the same as what I have in my 78 SN....and in nicer shape too...lol.

They're blackface ( not that theres anything wrong with that )   It's just that they didn't appear on SN's until sometime late in 1977.

Airguides were probably the most replaced part on our old SN's.

A lot of black dash owners preferred the blackface Airguides. Much easier to sync up front in the lens.

That's great Scott! I'd love to see a photo. It is operational? Message the details. I'm in Canada with family in Texas. Perhaps we could ship it there and I can get someone to bring it up.
