Will a 1978 SN or a BFN trailer work for my mustang?
Thanks

78 SN - Yes
BFN - Maybe but not very well if it does

Chris is right. Both the M17 and SN used the same #3 trailer, so no problem there. The bfn used a #4, and the bunks don't taper - it is meant for the straked v-hull. A smaller, narrower boat will physically fit on it, but it'll be very tough to load. For anything but a very short term solution, I'd hold out for a #3.

David,
Have you remembered the camera yet so we can see what you're up to on the 78 restoration? We'd sure like to see some pictures!

Alas
I have killed the 78 resto
Have a ton of parts if any of you are interested
Commander headers, ski pole, cables, shafts
Motor mounts, glove box
Let me know and I'll reply back if I have it
