Thanks to all. It is so heart felt that you folks take time to remember this old man.. As for having a good day: I am now officially homeless. I hope Ohio is ready for two new residents in June. I guess that this will be my last "short" pull to SJRR or St. Johns River Rukkus.. Looking forward to seeing all on the water.

hey Bill, I'll jump in here for my dad as he isn't on every day, they're looking for NEOH with decent lake access for the 75, Chippewa and Aurora Shores have proved unproductive, so if you have any suggestions, please send them our way.

Adam: Is Dad looking for living on an inland lake where he could use the '75?? Does he want lakefront property or would he want/accept lake access property?? Can't remember the name at the moment but a friend took me to a lake last summer that he grew up on just south of Canton that was very nice. Like most everything probably busy on weekends but it was dead mid-week. I'll check the name for you. That would be about an hour south of downtown....too far?? Holiday Lake south and west about 1 1/2 hours....Roaming Shores east of town.....beautiful Bayview [home of the WSWSC] on the Sandusky Bay. Lots of choices but nothing perfect as I'm sure you well know from your days in Cleveland.

thanks for the pointers bill, I'm not sure exactly what they're looking for, my mom has a 17ft old town canoe that they're in love with, but access to ski-able water is definitely on the list. I don't think living on the water is a must, would be nice, but not a deal breaker. Are you thinking of Berlin? my mom's family is all in the southeast suburbs, and they're not downtown people, I think anywhere NEO would suit.

Nope...not Berlin as that is pretty busy these days and most of the areas we used to ski in in the old days now have no wake restrictions. The lake I went to last year is Mohawk. I had never heard of it before but is very nice...private, but an inexpensive lot off the water gives you full usage of the place. Sandy beach...picnic areas, nice launch, boat storage areas, homes on and off the water, and dead quiet on the weekday we were there.
