Are any of you using these to stream from your IPhone? I'd like to run my IPhone thru my factory Kenwood radio. Fusion makes one but evidently it's only compatible with Fusion radios. I dont really want to change head units as the old one is just fine. Any suggestions?

As long as you have a 3.5mm jack, I've heard these work well.

+1 for jpass suggestion,    I have one; works well but the charge doesn't last long.   I always keep it plugged into charger

The wetsound has hook up wires pos and negative and the best part is you can control the phone etc with the knob on the bluetooth, change songs etc

Todd,
Does your radio have a 3.5mm input jack? If not you can try a Go Grove flex smart x2... They work pretty well.

But really they are around $35 and for a bit more I'd swap out the unit for an inexpensive receiver... like:

or a few more bucks for Marine grade:
