I'm in the process of redoing the floor in my '88 SN 01. I've been reading where alot of people are doing this and making the floor by hand with marine ply. I was thinking of making floor replacement panels for sale. I have a large CNC router and I'm very good with the cad/cam software. So I could reproduce parts but would anyone buy them? Let me know what you guys think about this if enough people express intrest I'll look into this more like how to get the floor templates of other year boats.

I have an 83SN 2001 and I would be interested in this. So yes, I would buy templates. How would you ship something like that?

Fed-Ex or UPS I think I would have to see how big of a package one can send. It would not be all that heavy though. I was talking to GE and they told me that they sell closed cell PVC plastic to Sea-Ray for this. So this is what I was thinking of using in mine, then I would not have to put fiberglass on the plywood. just screw it down and seal the joints.
