My 96 Sport needs the swim platform brackets repainted. Anyone have a suggestion for the type of paint to use?

Jason,
Are they painted or anodized aluminum?

They appear to be anodized aluminum, but it looks like the PO painted them at some time. I do have access to a sand blaster if needed.

Jason,
Considering the environment, I feel anodizing would hold up better than paint so consider seeing if you have someone in your area who anodizes and give them a call. Painting is still an option but priming as well as the top coat will be key to how well it holds up. I wouldn't go in and ask for advice at the local hardware of home improvement store but seek a paint store that handles automotive and industrial finishes.
