The plastic part on the FCC that the wiring harness goes through cracked causing a fuel leak. Does anyone have a recommendation on what type of adhesive that could be used to repair? Or a replacement for the plastic part. Thanks

I think http://www.nautiqueparts.com/kitfccpassthruretrofit.aspx" rel="nofollow - this is what your looking for. Don't think I'd be messing with some sort of sealant with those pressures on a fuel system. Thought there was some sort of recall on them but since I dont have one didn't pay much attention.

Thanks Gary I agree a failure with high pressure fuel in a engine compartment not a good thing. I looked at that same part but did not know if was a retrofit. My old one had a compression fit rubber part which doesn't seem like a good design, so the replacement looks like you remove the plastic and use the o ring with a nut to secure. I'll contact Nautique parts on Monday. Thanks again.

Since the introduction of ethanol on fuel, there has been an "upgrade" on the wiring fitting because of leaks.
