I have an 83 Ski Nautique that I have striped the Hull of decals and painted on Strip. The Gel coat has been buffed & waxed, and I great shape. the entire Hull Color is Cream.
Prior to starting this project, I thought it would be a matter of purchasing new Graghics, but have not found any available for this year. Checking with a body shop to look into having the strip re painted, I was told as the boat sits on the trailer, it is too big to fit in a typical Spray Booth.. Can anyone offer assistance on where I can turn to continue with this Hull restoration project ? Ideally, I would like to restore it to its original design. if that is not an option, I would settle for Ski Nautique Graphics in a color that would compliment the Cream Gel Coat.
Thank-You, Keith

Keith, Welcome to CCfan. You found the spot for anything related to your 83.
The "Ski Nautique" graphic is actually the hull gel showing and the tri-stripe painted around it. I do not know of any available masking to mask off this area. What has been done is the original is traced and then a sigh shop will use it to cut a paint mask. A common brand is a Gerber mask. Unfortunately you can't do this with your boat. Maybe, one of our members can help with tracing their original. Then the tri-stripe is mashed off by hand using Fineline tape. What color was your tri-stripe originally? Rustoleum standard colors (or a combination of standard colors) were used for the paint.
How about posting some pictures? We love them!!

not sure these images loaded as they may not be of the right type. the boat has a Light Red, Medium Red, & Maroon strip, with a thin Gold Strip applied over Paint.
If I don't get a member volunteer to provide a Stencil of, would there be an available Graphic from another Model year that could work ?

The first thing you need to do is remove the wax from the hull sides and transom.
Look in Reference/Misc. the transom lettering file might work.
Are there any remaining ghost letters still visible on the gel coat ?
