Have a 1989 Ski Nautique 2001. I noticed that when I turn on the Nav lights, my engine temp guage jumps 10 degrees, the Volts gauge goes a little wacky and the oil gauge goes up as well. Anybody have this happen and know what to do??

Happens to them all. The answer to this question and many others are in the FAQ section. http://www.correctcraftfan.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=21901&title=added-new-dash-ground-to-93-with-pics" rel="nofollow - Here is the link to one members fix

I had similar issues on my Supra with low voltage at the dash and voltage drop when using accessories. Solution was basically what was done in the link Gary provided. Existing wiring was a mess of factory daisy chained power and ground and various previous owner hack jobs. I ran 4ga power and ground from batteries to a dual bus bar under the dash then 10ga power to main tap on ignition switch and a main ground junction, and a couple 12ga to other spots. Tied Perfect Pass, radio power, heater blowers, etc. direct to the new bus bar. Now I get accurate reading on volt gauge and it hardly moves when turning everything on.
Biggest gripe on mine was fuel gauge reading low, a bit over 3/4 tank on the gauge was full and it read empty with 20 gallons left. Now it's reads empty with a bit under 10 gal and continues to drop below E until there's about 5 gal left. Glad to have a reasonably accurate gauge now.
