Dr CC

You can make an active link for your pics by following the example below.

URL=http://www.FullWebAddressHere.com]Your Link t*tle Here [/URL

You just need to add an open bracket [ at the beginning of the line (in front of URL) and a close bracket ] at the end of the line (after the /URL). I had to leave these out so the code would show up.

Then you just pop in the full web address of your pic after the *URL=* and the name you want for the link after the web address.

So you have...

*open bracket* URL= full web address *close bracket* Link t*tle *open bracket*/URL*close bracket*

So your first link would be...

URL=http://i54.photobucket.com/albums/g96/DrCC-74/74-transom-01.jpg ]Transom Picture [/URL

again... you have to add the [ at the beginning and ] at the end.

Here is what the link will look like...

If you click on Forum Codes below the post message area it will give you examples.

Hope that helps.

Joe

DrCC:

Posting links (or pictures) is very easy. Take a look at the icon buttons just above the box you use to compose your message post. See the button with the globe and a chain link? Push that button and a dialog box appears. Simply type in the name of the link text, then hit enter. Now, another box asks for the link (http//....). Simply cut and paste the link into this box and hit enter. Bingo, the proper format shows up in the message box. Continue typing all you want and then when you post the message, the link is highlighted blue. Pictures work basically the same way by using the "picture" button. Good luck.

79,   what do you mean, "low side"? Horse power?
175 is an OMC rating. It's a 2 barrel.
