1993 to 1997 Ski Nautiques use the same rack & cable. Go to NautiqueParts.com and search for "S2205-20" That should be the Teleflex replacement (not the OEM from CC). The Correct Craft OEM cable is $319. The Teleflex replacement cable is $195 and should fit your existing "older style" helm from 1993 to 1997. Or, you can change-out the helm to the newer style and you can use the less expensive newer style steering cable. That is the route that I went. I purchased the new tilt helm - part number 5205 for $76. Then I went with the newer style cable - part number 90590 for $189. The older style cable and helm for 1993 to 1997 Nautiques have to be used together. The newer style cable won't bolt up with the older style helm. I changed to the newer style helm because the newer cable is a better design and is cheaper and easier to get. Alright, I found the original one I purchased on Amazon Prime. The actual Teleflex PN for the standard replacement is SSC 12420. I put this one in about 6 years ago and it's worked great, it is just now starting to get harder to steer. $135 with free shipping. ------------- Eric 97 196 Closed Bow |
