Does anyone know if a 1975 SN hull is made with polyester or epoxy resin?

Now I'm worried,gelcoat only comes in polyester. Where you getting the gel? You fixing chips and gouges? How you matching the color?

Todd may be concerned with the poly gel not sticking if the hull was epoxy?
