I took my 1976 Ski Tique out today for my maiden voyage. I hit a wake pretty fast and my shaft broke. Does anyone know what replacement shaft is good for that? Where do you all shop for new parts?

Thanks in advance for any help!

You're talking about your prop shaft right? I can't imagine what other shafts you may have broken (some which could lead to a great deal of pain).

I bought my replacement prop shaft on Ebay from a guy that special cut it for me. It was a good deal.

You should read http://www.correctcraftfan.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=1585&KW=drill+dimple - this complete thread.

Ebay is a great source for parts but so is http://www.skidim.com/ - http://www.skidim.com.

it broke because it wasn't aligned proberly, so be sure you correct that when you install the new one. Mine was a 50' shaft one my 79 SN from the factory, I installed a 49.5" shaft though when I replaced it.
