Installing a new PCM 80 1.23:1 transmission in a Fiish Nautiqe. Have a question regarding the direction of flow of the transmission fluid relative to relative to the direction of flow of the cooling water. I know from thermodynamics, counter current flow is is generally preferred and more efficient in transferring heat.

What I don't know is which fluid fitting is on the output side (hot side) of the transmission and which one is on the input side (cool side)?

The kit from skidim doesn't come with instructions. Tried to look at the old pcm70 to determine flow, but the cooler and hoses were removed by the previous owner.

Thanks in advace!

Steve
