I'm searching for carpet for my '86. Christine's Marine is sending me samples. I am buying my seat skins from them and they seem knowledgeable and have a good reputation. LMK if you get references for other sources. thanks

Randy,
You want the Nautalex vinyl flooring. I see Keyston Bros does show it on the web site just like Christine's does. What accent color is your 80?

Hopefully, TR benj   Tim B. in CT will chime in. He has a great source for boat carpet. I believe they were located in Dalton, GA, but I can't remember the name of the business. This might be where Mike is speaking about. Northern GA is the carpet capital of the country. They will send samples for a very low price to cover the mail charges.

If you do a search, you can find the Company Tim was speaking about. It seems like they do pontoons and bass boats too.

Tim also had Christines Marine build him a OEM correct skin seats for a Red 1980 he has in line for a restoration. They were able to duplicate the diamond type stamped in design in to the skins. It looked real sharp.

Now that Christines bas done it once, maybe they can do it easier now.

Last year for the vinyl floors was ‘72, i believe. Grass carpet is correct for ‘80. I don’t have a special source, many colors are readily available- many places won’t list it on their website but can get it. Many colors even listed on Amazon. I have done Red/black, blue/blue and salt&pepper in recent years. Call around, get samples.

One other place to check is Marinecarpet.com in Attapulgus, Ga. They ship direct from Dalton. If you do not see it on their web site. Just call I purchased 40 oz carpet for my boat. Perfect match.
