Thank you all for the kind wishes.
I am indeed an AARP card-carrying Medicare recipient.

However,, owing to my data entry error, helped by the tricky European date format, my birthday is(was) March 5, not May 3. I've corrected.

Pete, yes, the Dunphy has been wet for 2 years. What a great boat. Still chasing:

1) Rear carb flooding when hot
2) Searching for 1" heat=pleated vinyl for interior re-do
