I also don't see any TDC marks on the balancer and block. Could it be that layers of paint have covered them or is it possible they aren't there? H.B. mounted incorrectly? Any marks at all on the H.B.? I assume that you found TDC on cylinder number 1? Post a pic of the H.B. and timing indicator arrow when you are at TDC.
