Does anybody know of a source for a replacement teak step for the boarding ladders used on mid 70's Nautiques?

I don't need the whole ladder, just need to replace a missing step.

Seems to me that is something that can be made relatively easily. Just find a fine lumber supplier and purchase a piece of teak that is slight larger than needed and cut it to size and shape. Reveals or "treads" can be made with a router.
