I thought I would share that I installed a swivel in my 98 Ski Nautique this last week. All things considered it went well. I searched to see if someone had done this and I couldn’t find anything so I thought I would share. Things that I wish I knew beforehand: You mount the swivel upside down. The clearance isn’t perfect but you can almost get a full 90 before it hits the upholstery by the throttle. It definitely makes it easier to get in and out. The swivel does end up being on the slant so when swiveled you are sitting slanted. Not too bad though. If you modify the aluminum plates that are on the sliding tracks you don’t have to buy any additional metal for bracing. Obviously the seat is higher. Probably too high but worth the ease of use. Probably could lower with some significant adjustment. This will require some new holes in both the swivel and the plates. Lastly the way the seat and top plate mount you might need to shim or dill the seat out a little to make the seat lay a little more to the surface. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions. Hopefully I can give a little back. Brian
