I purchased the 88/89 dash panel from nautiqueparts.com and it is not 100% a perfect fit for a 1989. The arch is not quite right and the length is off by almost 1/2". Nautiqueparts is willing to take back.
I am getting a quote for a local cnc shop to create out of black anodized aluminum, will post back the quote if anyone else is interested, might help reduce everyone's cost.

Nautiqueparts.com is willing to take back dash panel and I found a local cnc shop to make a new 1. I might have a couple extra and willing to sell, anyone with a 1989 need a new dash panel?
