The previous owner had nailed the carpet back onto the bunks causing gouging in the gel coat by the nail head.



2 nice new bunks. I also waxed the boat. Now it slides on and off the trailer WAY easier.

Warning: If you do this, don't drive up the boat ramp without the turnbuckle attached. We pulled up just a bit. Our boat slid off the trailer. Fortunately the water was still deep enough that it floated. I bet we were within an inch of damaging the prop.
